Technology Education Majors recognized at the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association's Annual Conference in Ohio

In March, Dustin Roten, a junior in Technology Education, just received the ITEEA College Student Leadership Award from the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association. This is the highest award given to an undergraduate student from the association and is only given to one student in the nation a year. Dustin received this award at the 75th ITEEA Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, Dustin just completed his term as National President of the Technology and Engineering Education Collegiate Association. While at the conference, Dustin also received FTEE (Foundation for Technology and Engineering Education) Undergraduate Citation.

Also, Hillary Bowlin, a junior majoring in Technology Education, was elected to serve as the 2013-2014 National TEECA Vice President.

Jerianne Taylor, program coordinator, completed her 2 year term as National TEECA advisor and have now moved onto the ITEEA Board of Directors where she will serve as the TEECA Director from 2013-2015.
