Technology Education Collegiate Association
October 17- 19 2010, Five students from Appalachian attended the Eastern Region TECA Conference in Virginia Beach. While there they placed 3rd in Problem Solving and 3rd in Technology Bowl. The students are Will Thrasher, Katy Bula, Jeremiah Blanco, Max Steele and Dustin Roten. Approximately 300 students from 10 schools competed in this year's competitions, including NC State, Old Dominion, Millersville and SUNY Oswego.
